Who we are

Officially we are a congregation of the Uniting Church in Australia. We worship in heritage buildings and do many of the things normal churches do. We sing and hear preaching and say some prayers and we share in coffee with each other. But we are more than that, as you can see by our values we hold to certain things and we have a clear purpose. We are a group of people – with all our faults and failings who want to follow the way of Jesus and live like we have been forgiven. We like to think that lots of church actually happens outside of the Sunday services too!

In fact that's where most of the action is – when our people do their ordinary stuff and do it with a Jesus heart. Of course we have certain ways of doing things, some of them peculiar to us but on the whole we’re just living because of what Jesus has done in us.
