WORSHIP - recognising Jesus truly
· Worship is our loving response to God the Trinity for who he is and what he has done for us. It is to be practiced daily (by living our lives in permanent awe and reverence) and celebrated weekly (in corporate worship). Worship is to be done honestly and without pretence. Our vision for our church is to be a large community worshipping passionately and without inhibition.

DISCIPLESHIP – following the way of Jesus
· All Christians are on a journey to be more and more like Jesus. This is what it is to be a disciple (follower) of Jesus. Having been redeemed by Jesus’ work on the cross, we are being transformed from the inside out by the Holy Spirit. We support this divine work through biblical teaching, community (small) groups, personal devotion, mentoring and prayer. Deepening in our relationship with God, we are ready to give reason for the hope we have in Jesus.

·Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind; Ephesians 4:12-13 to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
MINISTRY - finding out what Jesus has made us to do
· God calls everyone to an abundant life of ministry and gives us gifts to carry out that mission. There is a role for everyone in the body of Christ. Our vision is for everyone in our church to identify their gifts and to realise and carry out their unique God-given ministry to further God’s Kingdom.
·Ephesians 4:16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
